Student outcomes

What actually changed, in their words

Every story here is one person's experience. Some students see more change than others, and every one of them stayed under the care of their own doctor.

Demo contentThe stories on this page are written examples, not real students. They show the format and the compliant language. Replace with real stories that have written consent on file before launch — fertility stories especially, since they disclose medical history.

Tanu — head and shoulders, relaxed, warm background

Tanu, 29

Ghaziabad

PCOS · 5 months

I had done gym, keto, everything. What was different here was that someone actually noticed when I did not turn up. That is what kept me going.

Where she started
Diagnosed three years earlier, on and off medication, cycles 45–60 days apart.
What changed
Cycles have been closer together and more predictable since month three, and she says the bloating she used to take for granted has eased.

Individual experience. Results vary, and this is not a medical outcome claim.

Swathi — seated, calm, soft window light

Swathi, 33

Bengaluru

Fertility · 9 months

Nobody promised me a baby. That is exactly why I trusted it. Shailendra ji was clear from the first call about what yoga could and could not do.

Where she started
Trying to conceive for four years, one unsuccessful IVF cycle, under a fertility specialist throughout.
What changed
She continued her medical treatment and used the practice alongside it. She describes the biggest shift as sleeping properly again and feeling less braced before every appointment.

Individual experience. Results vary, and this is not a medical outcome claim.

Radhika — mid-practice, gentle posture

Radhika, 41

Hyderabad

Thyroid · 7 months

Forty-five minutes at six in the morning sounded impossible. It turned out to be the only part of the day nobody else needed me for.

Where she started
Hypothyroid for nine years, on thyroxine, persistent fatigue and stalled weight.
What changed
She has stayed on her prescribed medication throughout, under her doctor. What she reports is energy through the afternoon and being able to finish the class without stopping.

Individual experience. Results vary, and this is not a medical outcome claim.

Meera — young woman on a mat at home

Meera, 27

Chennai

PCOS · 4 months

The dietician did not hand me a list of things I have never eaten. She worked with what is already in our kitchen.

Where she started
Newly diagnosed, anxious about fertility later, had never done yoga.
What changed
Started as a complete beginner in a batch of mixed levels. She says the diet plan working around her mother's cooking was what made it stick.

Individual experience. Results vary, and this is not a medical outcome claim.

Anjali — pregnant, supported seated pose

Anjali, 31

Delhi NCR

Prenatal · 2nd and 3rd trimester

Every class began with what to avoid this week. As a first-time mother that was worth more than the poses.

Where she started
First pregnancy, cleared for exercise by her obstetrician at 14 weeks.
What changed
Practised through to 36 weeks with trimester-wise modifications, and says the breathing was the part she actually used on the day.

Individual experience. Results vary, and this is not a medical outcome claim.

Kavya — portrait, quiet and composed

Kavya, 35

Kochi

Fertility · 11 months

Everyone assumes that because you have one child, you are fine. This was the first place that did not.

Where she started
Secondary infertility — one child, trying for a second for three years.
What changed
Joined the couples cohort with her husband. She says being in a room where secondary infertility was taken as seriously as primary was the thing she had not found anywhere else.

Individual experience. Results vary, and this is not a medical outcome claim.

The honest version

Not everyone gets these results. Some students see little change in the first months, some find the timing does not work and stop. The practice asks for six mornings a week and it works alongside your medical care, not instead of it. If that is not what you are looking for, we would rather tell you now.

ImportantThese programmes support your wellbeing alongside medical care. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without consulting your doctor. Individual experiences vary.
